Cindy Johnson

Cindy is a very talented Christian music artist. If you don't know who she is, you have to check her out. I have her CD and it is WONDERFUL. Her web address is: http://www.cindyjohnson.org/.

I also had the pleasure of photographing her wedding over the summer and just photographed her for the cover of her CD coming out this Christmas. These are just a few of my favorites (but they are still loading as I write) so I can only post a few before I have to leave to take my daughter trick-or-treating. ~ Sandra Henderson

I particularly like this one because I just had one of my cameras converted to infrared. Cindy asked me what the purpose was....well, Cindy, do you see the purpose now ;)

Kennedy Kiser

Ms. Kennedy's mom won a portrait sitting with a 20x30 print from a silent auction I donated to last year. Kennedy is such a happy little girl and loves to talk (although I couldn't understand a word she was saying). Kennedy is going to be a cheerleader this year for Halloween so she wore that for me and showed me how to shake her pom poms. Kennedy, you are such a delight to be around. I'm looking forward to our next photo session. ~ Sandra Henderson

A Noble Night for a Noble Cause

On Thursday, I received a call from Brooke Thomas of Brooke Thomas Photography, asking me to cover an event for her here in Winston-Salem. Noble's Grille hosted "A Noble Night for a Noble Cause" to benefit Brenner Children's Hospital. Thanks to Brooke for asking me to cover this event for her. ~ Sandra Henderson

My favorite client

I just finished making a tutu to use for portrait clients and had to try it out on my little one to see if it would fit. She didn't care for it too much but was willing to let me put it on her anyway. This was my favorite shot. ~ Sandra Henderson

Makinna Mathis Portrait Session

Ms. Makinna goes to my church and is in my daughter's nursery class. She's a fireball to say the least but that's what we all love about her. She was so great to photograph. I can't wait to do more portraits of Ms. Makinna. ~ Sandra Henderson

Emily and Eddy Engagement

Emily and Eddy are getting married in June 2008. I met with them yesterday for their engagement session. Emily and Eddy were pretty nervous at first but they loosened up in no time. It was also chilly but they warmed up real quick with lots of kisses. - Sandra
Here's Emily playing around with Eddy.

If the sun is out, I will try to get some flare. Nice sun flare going on here.
Eddy swings his future bride around. Emily was pretty dizzy when he put her down.
What would an engagement session be without
