Bridals : Samantha

Samantha came ready to have a good time and was willing to do anything. She has such stunning features that it was important to me that we combine the fun with elegance. We're going to have to have a ROCK THE DRESS session after the wedding to really get down and dirty.

Love the red bench and bare feet...

Classic.

BLING!

Bridals: Jennifer Bodenheimer

Today was a blazing hot day to do a bridal portrait but Jennifer braved the heat for some portraits in the sun. We met up at Hodgin Valley Farm where she will be getting married on June 22nd. The farm is beautiful with a large pond, geese, horses and cows.

Jennifer's friend Jessica was a huge help (thank you Jessica)! Jennifer, I have a feeling your wedding is going to be a hoot to shoot just because you have a beaming personality.

Bridals: Jennifer Hayes

Jennifer, her mom, and I met at Castle McCulloch for her bridal portrait over the holiday weekend. I knew Jenn was fun from our engagement session a few months ago, and her beauty was obvious. But in her bridals, this girl sparkles.

Yes, her skin really is that flawless. Not an ounce of retouching...I had so many images with smiles, but she has the most quiet grace without even trying... There's that smile... And those EYES!
She really knew how to work the camera and was a real trooper, trusting me in every shot.

Jennifer, you really do sparkle and I can't wait to capture your beauty and love for Ben on your wedding day!

Bridals: Ashley Edney

I simply love spending time doing bridal portraits with my brides. It's a great time to really get to know them. Ashley and I met over at Magnolia Manor for her portrait session. As you can see, Ashley is stunning and really knows how to work the camera to her advantage. By the time her session was over, she was working the camera like a pro model. Big kudos goes out to her mom for being such a big help during the session.

Here are some of my favorites:

Her eyes captivate you.....
Love her soft smile....
And her big smile..........
A little "down" time.........

Lots of dancing going on and some great flowage of the gown....
Practicing some light-on-a-stick techniques I learned during a recent workshop. Look at her work the camera...
Fashion posing going on right here...........

Ashley, I had a great time during your session. Your wedding is going to be a fun one to photograph and I'm so excited to be a part of it.

Bridal: Brittney Crotts

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Brittney at Boxwood Lodge in Mocksville for her bridal session. She will be getting married there the end of May and it is going to be spectacular.

Not only is Brittney georgous, but she has the sweetest soul.

I just LOVE this shot.

Isn't she breathtaking?

Her hair and makeup was done by UpDo's Studio. Heather, Amanda and the gang are awesome....

I'm looking forwarding to photographing Brittney and Justin's wedding.

Bridals: Cory Meyer

Over the summer I photographed Cory for her bridal session. She is getting married today at Jamestown Presbyterian Church in Jamestown, N.C., so I thought I would post a few shots from her bridal since I know she and Grant will be busy preparing for their ceremony. Everything about her is stunning....her gown, her veil, her dress, oh my!

I will be posting images from their wedding this week so be on the lookout!!

Amy's Bridal Portrait

For Amy's portrait, we went to one of my favorite spots. I love architecture, and the more rustic, the better. Images of her wedding day are coming soon! -Kim

Katherine's Bridal Portrait

Here are just a few images from Katherine's bridal portrait. A storm came through just as we arrived, but the skies magically cleared when Katherine walked outside. - Kim

Sara's Bridal Portrait

Photographing Sara is so much fun. She is a natural beauty and free spirit. Who says a bride needs a veil to be beautiful? -Kim

Correne's Bridal Session

Before I merged with the gals of Fusion Fotografix, I had a bridal portrait session giveaway that Correne won. We did this session on Friday, May 25, 2007, in the studio. She is marrying Stephen Mann and you can visit their website at: http://www.mannwedding.com/. - Sandra Henderson
